What Vendors Can Expect
Colorado International Events is proud to bring you On The Rocks, an Illuminated Tasting event! Held at Rock Ledge Ranch, event-goers can enjoy your product in the beautiful surroundings of Rock Ledge Ranch.
Held as a two night event, those who attend Friday, will experience Tequilas and other fine agave spirits from Mexico in the glow of an August Sunset. On Saturday evening attendees will be able to experience Scotches, Whiskeys and Bourbons from all over the world, surrounded by the beauty of Garden of the Gods and of course Pikes Peak.
VIP tickets will be sold so that up to 200 guests can have the grounds to themselves for an hour. Additionally VIPs will receive a limited edition enamel pin, commemorative shot glass and access to the VIP tent. Gates open for VIPs only, at 6pm. General Admission tickets allow guests to taste any number of products in their commemorative shot glass. Gates open to the general public at 7pm each evening. We expect at least 800 event-goers each night at our inaugural event.
Live Music, illuminated rock features, Appetizers, and more will be available to all guests.
Each Vendor will be set up in a 10×10 Tent area with 1 Table, 2 Chairs, and lighting.
We are asking each vendor for the following:
1. Vendor fee of $100.00 per table to reserve your spot. (Check made payable to: “Colorado International Events”
a 501c3 Corporation—Documentation can be provided upon request)
2. Provide Spirits for the Tasting
3. Provide proof of Liquor Legal Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00.
4. Provide knowledgeable workers for your product.
5. Vendors and staff shall exhibit professional manners always.
6. Vendors and staff should wear business casual dress, comfortable shoes for outdoor setting.
7. Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at all times throughout the event and at closing.
8. Event times: Setup Time 4 to 6PM; Gates open 6PM; Gates close 10PM
9. Social Media Consent: Vendor agrees to provide On The Rocks the following for marketing the Event:
a. Brand Names
b. Logo(s) and photos (bottles, flyers, etc.) — Please provide in .png or .pdf format
c. Tag as co-host of Event. Please provide and email if you have a social media manager.
Final Staging Packet (directions, setup, parking info, etc.) will be sent to each Vendor two weeks prior to the event.
Tequila Vendors
Tequila Tasting for VIP Hour (200 guests projected) from 6 to 7 PM and Tequila Tasting General Admission (additional 800 guests projected) from 7 to 10 PM
Live Music, illuminated rock features, Appetizers, Commemorative Tasting Glass for VIPs
